Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial after a R1 card verification charge. You may cancel at any time during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will not activate and no further charges will be made. The R1 verification fee is non-refundable.

Subscription Plans & Billing

After the trial, your chosen plan is billed monthly: Standard (R250/month) or Premium (R350/month). Promotional pricing may apply where a valid promo code was used at signup. Billing occurs automatically each month via Paystack, our payment processor.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — no lock-in period and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, you retain full access to the Service for the remainder of your paid billing period. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge processed after cancellation), contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a full refund for that charge.

Disputes & Complaints

If you are unhappy with the Service or have a billing concern:

• •We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve it.
• •If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may escalate through Paystack's dispute resolution process or contact your bank.
